This position is working for a busy and fast growing company, they are currently recruiting for a P.A. to support theoffice and the office manager as and when needed, candidate must have a soild employment history along with excellentG.C.S.E's grades or degree.The role is to support the director/office manager with full secretarial and administration support. Duties will include,management of client debtor/ rent debtor ledgers, credit control, maintain sale, post and banking, and general officeadministration duties, you will be the main point of contact for the company, you will be dealing with clients andcustomers, liaising with clients etc, typing letters, writing and responding to all incoming post and deal with any salesenquiries.The ideal candidate will have a degree and school/college GCSEs and A/O level,candidate must be computer literate with the following working knowledge of Word, Excel and MS outlook are essential.****PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU LIVE IN OR NEAR THE HARROW AREA**** |
