PART TIME Receptionist required for large Telecommunications company to be based out of their Leeds site....Hours: Mornings 08:00 13:30 OR Afternoons 12:30 18:00 Monday to Friday.Responsible for answering external switchboard calls and for the smooth operation and organisation of Reception in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Answer external switchboard calls quickly, professionally and efficiently Ensure visitors are warmly greeted and promptly collected by their contact Cover for other Receptionist/ Switchboard Operators during breaks, annual leave and sick leave Ensure call transfer is carried out quickly and is directed to correct recipient Ensure reception area is kept pristine and presentable at all times Administer daily changes to internal telephone directory Administer new visitor booking system. Act as Administrator for room booking system and co-ordinate equipment, video conference and bridge numbers Issue train tickets for colleagues Act as main co-ordinator for Facilities Leeds e-mail inbox Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to assist the Facilities team To apply you must have:Previous switchboard/reception experience preferred, ideally within a HQ or large company environment. Ability to deal with customers at all levels in a friendly and professional manner. Experience with Lotus Notes or Outlook desirable. Word, Excel |
