Working for this hugely successful European Telecommunications Company. A fantastic PART TIME opportunity has arisen in CAMBRIDGE to provide administrative support to the Area Sales Managers (ASM), paying GBP 9000. You need to have at least 1 years administrative experience and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. The main responsibilities are:Overviewing the ASMs Internal communication to identify items that require their authority, feedback or specific contractual information that is otherwise unavailable to them.Dealing with a variety of requests including KPIs, part time hours, sickness, payroll, recalls and contracts.Filtering and forwarding information to ASMs and stores that require attention. Ensures that the ASMs are aware of any feedback and actions identified.Organising events such as meetings, presentation on behalf of the ASMs.Assisting the ASMs in the day to day administrative tasks including organisation of travel plans and accommodation.Liaising with the Central HR team, organising disciplinaries and grievances.Maintaining customer feedback history including any complaints and ensuring that the Area Managers are kept fully aware of situations.Benefits for working with this company include:Private Health CarePrivate Insurance30% discount of company products21 days holidayContact me now, if you fit the requirements.
