Our client seeks a Telephonist / Receptionist who will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an effective general telephone receipt and enquiry service, and advising callers accordingly.You will answer all telephone enquiries including, taking home visits and taking messages. To deal with patient enquiries tactfully and ensure that all calls are routed to the correct person.
