Description:

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness PerformanceManage and assist in the production of the monthly performance management report containing KPI management information.Produce detailed analysis as requested by the Commercial Manager to support business initiatives.Assist in the preparation and monitoring of business plans.Regulatory and Industry ComplianceEnsure that Group remains compliant with regulatory and industry obligations. Where necessary implementing systemsimprovements and updates.Monitor and evaluate industry and regulatory change proposals and where necessary either challenge or lobby for changeto protect the interests of the group.Control and update regulatory documents of the asset ownersEnsure that the asset-owning companies are adequately represented at all relevant forums, work groups and committeesresponsible for driving industry change.Conduct research into utility industry related topics as directed by the Commercial Manager for inclusion in ad-hocmanagement reports, marketing literature and tender submissions.Liaise with external consultants on a range of industry related issues where required.Assist the commercial team in the submission of quarterly and annual regulatory returns to Ofgem.Quality and Change Management Manage the change management system. Maintain up to date business user processes. Manage systems developments.
