Main Responsibilities:Supervision of management of group including client work deadlines, statutory deadlines, fee, productivity andrecoverability targets. Staff recruitment, development, training and appraisals. Technical work involving income tax,capital gains tax and inheritance tax.The Candidate:Someone with previous Assistant Manager/Manager experience. The successful candidate must be self motivated, a teamplayer and have an excellent education.Main Personality Traits:The successful candidate must an excellent communicator and have energy and inititative. |
