: Our client, a large blue chip organisation, that works predominantly in the property and construction sector, now seek a Planner for their office based in Kent. Their core activities include the management of the development, design and construction process from project inception to post completion aftercare. Their projects mainly consist of fit out and refurbishment of both residential and commercial buildings throughout London and the surrounding area. This is an office based role where your planning responsibilities will begin from the tender stage through to completion. They currently have a team of nine planners and seek someone of an intermediate status to help expand this vibrant team. You will have a minimum of 3 years planning experience ideally within the construction sector and have a strong desire to work for one of the leading contractors in the south east. Any experience of PowerProject or Teamplan would be highly advantageous and ideally you will hold a relevant degree. This is a great opportunity to work outside of the city centre but to be involved in all the high profile projects that London has to offer. They are able to pay up to GBP 45,000 per annum dependant upon experience and are in a position to be able to consider people at different levels.
