Working on a 3 year strategy, communicating the strategy and change implicationsacross the company, reviewing and assessing progress on a quarterly and annual basis.Managing a small team in evaluating customers requirements,the marketplace in general and proposed induistry regulations,designing and delivering the operational plan, reviewing th plan, delivery of short and long term targets and strategicobjectives to enhance the customer relationship.The ideal candidate will have:High level negotiation, influencing and relationship management skillsGood knowledge of the Financial Services industry (desirable)Excellent organisational skillsStrategy, process and planning experienceExperience of Change Management and Risk Assessment and managementExperience of working at senior executive levelAppropriate degree / post graduate qualificationGBP 32,000 - GBP 50,000 depending on experience excellent benefits package
