Description:* The NEBOSH General Certificate is a minimum requirement and membership of the Association of Project Safety (PlanningSupervisors) would be a distinct advantage.* You will have a strong technical knowledge of the CDM regulations and be able to communicate and liaise at all levelsto ensure compliance between clients and project staff.* As a qualified Construction Professional you will manage Health and Safety compliance for all of our works programmes.* You will undertake and review risk assessments, prepare policies and procedures, review construction safety plans,provide a full planning supervision service and liaise extensively with clients.* Drawing on experience the individual will be able to contribute a high level professional skill with exemplaryknowledge of regulatory, contractual and Health and Safety procedures.The successful candidate will:- Have a sound working knowledge of Health and Safety in throughout the design process and on site construction works- Have the ability to reduce risk in the construction process by advising Clients and co-ordinating with the variousmembers of the design team- Be fully cognisant with, and ensure the preparation of The Health and Safety File and The Health and Safety Plan forConstruction Projects- Be self motivated and self reliant- Be able to visit locations throughout the UK
