Plant Support Technologist (NW), Ref: 12715 MCOur NW client is actively searching for Plant Support Technologist to provide new product technical support to theirchemical manufacturing facility.Working in conjunction with the Development Chemist team the successful candidate will supervise / operate pilot planttrials, train operators on new products and provide technical support for new products.In addition he / she will provide process improvement recommendations from laboratory and plant observations and ensurethat new product campaigns meet forecast targets.The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of organic chemistry, possess good laboratory skills and MUST beprepared to develop pilot plant and production plant skills.Educated to Degree level, the successful candidate will need excellent communication, problem solving and people skillsand must be prepared to work on a shift system either in the laboratory or in the plant.This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of up to GBP 22000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
