Description:

Experienced financial services principal consultant / hands on manager needed by retail life, pensions and investmentssolutions provider. Working on large scale BPR / Change Mgt, Business Transformation programes primarily in the B2C lifeinsurance, protection insurance and pensions solutions arena. Strong leaderships skills, managing small team of highlyexperienced FS Business Consultants, this role will work closely with the customer s senior management team, programmedirector, programme managers and programme support. Defining business process design, review, consultancy, strategy androadmap for business workstreams on large FS programme. Providing direction to the business consulting and businessanalysis groups through workshop facilitation, feasibility studies, process definition and redesign. An excellentopportunity on leading financial services programme, either as freelance consultant or permanent career. Working on keyblue chip financial services customers.
