Role Due to an increasing workload an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health and Safety Consultant within our Cardiff Office. The role will involve Planning Supervision, Construction Site Inspections and Monitoring, Disability Discrimination Audits, Fire Risk Assessments, Workplace Risk Assessment, Health and Safety Advisory Services and Training. Team work as well as the ability to work on individual assignments is essential. This position is based in Cardiff but will require travel throughout Wales and England. Relevant Experience Individuals should have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and be able to demonstrate competency in a variety of areas including Planning Supervision, Construction Site Inspections, Disability Discrimination Audits, Fire Risk Assessment and Health and Safety Advisory Services within construction, healthcare, retail, industrial, offices and public buildings sectors. The successful individual should also be prepared to attend Client presentations in support of health and safety consultancy services on behalf of our client , prepare fee proposals and administer project finances. Full Membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and the Association of Planning Supervisors is desirable. Further training will be offered dependant on current experience/ knowledge. All candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate and possess a full driving license.
