Technical Support Engineer required to participate in on site assistance, commissioning, acceptance and handover ofcustomer systems.Must have typically between 3 - 7 years telecommunications/IT experience.Experience in customer technical or service situations that require excellent interpersonal skills.CCNP a must.Strong router skills gained from an ISP, operator, service provider or manufacturer environment.BGP an advantage, and must have detailed knowledge of Martini/pseudo-wire circuits and VPLS.The successful candidate must live within commuting distance of High Wycombe. They will be required to drive thetechnical intervention process from start to successful intervention.Call me direct for a more in depth discussion. |
