Problem Solver?If so, then this is the role for you. Working for a large communications company in the technical support unit you will be calling customers who are suffering technical difficulties and helping them find the root of the problem. You will then talk them through a simple procedure to overcome this.The ideal candidate will be bright, intuitive and have excellent customer care skills. Located in bright, modern offices in Old Trafford this is an excellent opportunity.
