Capable of working under pressure in a fast moving small company environment Strong process engineering background with highly analytical mind. Proven track record leading/managing a team of engineers in manufacturing high volume products Experience in designing and commissioning bespoke manufacturing processes Hands on make it happen person, RF knowledge is inherent in the requirements of all processes. Strong process control background, ideally with six sigma / black belt training Able to demonstrate the capability to build a documented system suitable for a young growth company Able to foster a team spirit within the team.Responsibilities Manage a group of Photolithography, RF test, chemical and assembly engineers Grow the teams technical abilities Develop goals and targets for engineers based on core company goals Specify and possibly help design, purchase, install necessary capital equipment to deliver growth plans. Project manage the introduction of new products to support product roadmap Drive quality initiatives Execute productivity programmes to drive cost reductions and support volume ramp Conduct performance appraisals |
