Description:

A major player in the wireless technology field, designing and manufacturing high tech wireless communication equipment are looking for a talented Process Engineering Manager. Your primary role is to deliver growth and productivity targets and drive quality initiatives to improve yield in line with the business plan. You will also be responsible for managing a group of multi-disciplined Engineers and project managing the introduction of new products. An appropriate engineering or material science degree along with previous experience of either plating, photolithography, RF Test, electronic assembly or laser trimming is essential. You must also have a proven track record leading/managing a team of engineers in manufacturing high volume products and good RF knowledge. Experience of designing and commissioning bespoke manufacturing processes and a strong process control background, ideally with Six Sigma Black Belt training would be advantageous.
