Working within the framework defined by the Process Leader, this role focuses on ensuring that all identified team performance indicators are achieved through the effective utilisation of team resources whilst constantly seeking means to improve the operational efficiency of the process and supply of product to the customer. Capabilities 1Capable of interpreting the build programme, prioritising scheduling and working with other Process Facilitators to ensure that resources are allocated to the appropriate area. 2Capable of monitoring and updating information that measures departmental and process performance, communicating that information to the team and identifying improvement opportunities. 3Capable of implementing lean manufacturing principles 4Capable of resolving issues conducive to positive employee relations in pursuit of fair and consistent standards throughout the Team/Process, counselling Team members where appropriate. 5Capable of mentoring coaching and mentoring team members utilising a development review process 6Capable of assisting in the recruitment and selection of new team members 7Capable of ensuring that all team members are aware of and follow, the health and safety guidelines appropriate to the area under his or her control 8Capable of deputising for the Process Manager.
