Key Objectives:Effectively manage E2E delivery of Products & Services across the Internet & Email category, delivering innovativesolutions.Responsibilities:Manage the cross-functional team at a tactical level, to deliver the selection, design, source, build, integration anddelivery phases of the agreed solution (product/platform/application etc).Ensure UI resources are requested from within the team (task by task) for your portfolio, and working effectively toensure consistent UI design, representation and learning's.Ensure the storyboard spec is built to requirements.Then, the build and deliver the storyboard (on behalf of the Product Manager) - being clear that ultimate responsibilityfor its representation lies with the PM.Delivery of it, to time, spec etc is the responsibility of the PDM.At the formation of the cross-functional team, establish an aligned view of each and every project, in detail, with yourIPTM, ensuring a detailed plan is discussed and agreed in detail, at the outset of the project to ensure every teammember is 100% clear of their role, responsibilities and boundaries.Act as the primary "product domain" interface into IT/Engineering (as appropriate), ensuring this relationship is wellmanaged.Manage the costs of a portfolio if developments within defined budgets."Own" the cost aspect of all these projects in details, using agreed PDG/Finance processes, be able to track and managethe costs by week, brief your team leader, and recommend savings, trade-offs.Delegate elements of this to the IT/ENG PM's as appropriate.With all (new and incremental) development requests, ensure you follow and use the agreed PDG development processguidelines to ensure a rigorous, objective assessment is carried out before any development.Maximise usage of pre-existing solutions (platforms, apps, whatever) where practical.Ensure a portfolio development plan exists for your area (incorporating projects, team, timings, costs, risks etc as aminimum), which is updated weekly to track progress and facilities management forecasting of resources and tasks.Work within, product focussed cross functional team across IT, Procurement, Business Analysis, Delivery Management etc.to coordinate the implementation and delivery of solutions into the operational environment.Develop and manage the delivery of solutions against agreed and communicated requirement specifications and schedules,within the agreed budgets.Contribute to global product development activities as required from time to time by senior management.Identify potential solution providers capable of delivering product requirements and keep up to date a super-set list ofpotential suppliers, partners, COTS providers etc for your portfolio area.Manage and lead the cross-functional team in delivering RFIs and RFQs where necessary, and manage the team to deliver theresultant evaluation process with final recommendation(s).Support Commercial and Procurement teams during 3rd party negotiation by providing guidance on appropriate developmentdetail and information.Work with IT, Engineering, Operations etc throughout the phases of the development of a solution to ensure that solutionsare delivered to time, spec, etc.Look to actively simplify processes.Support Product management in the development of business cases and product business models, providing the detailed costelements.Ensure clear, proactive communication to internal customers and provide management information as required.Drive timely, problem resolution across your portfolio of projects to ensure adherence to timings and plans.Manage all dependencies, implicit as well as explicit, delegating this management to PDM's where applicable.Support the PM with internal D & B process presentation and other mgt presentations.Operational Experience:Aptitude for virtual team management with proven ability to execute to task and deliver on time -
