You should be willing to take on the challenge of a clean sheet geared transmission product development as well as guiding clients in improvements and upgrades to existing products. Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering you will have the necessary personal drive and flexibility to mentor team members while participating in proposal preparation and general management tasks. With a strong understanding of lean product development principles gained from any industry you will guide and supervise a team of highly capable engineering personnel.
