As our client continues to dominate the micro-controller market they are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to focus on micro-controller software development tools. They already have established products within their 8 and 16-bit product range and your responsibility will be develop branded products for their 32-bit micros. These products should provide the complete software design environment for our clients customers.As such you will be responsible for creating and marketing this next generation of products and reporting the ROI of your assigned product range.In addition you will:Define the Business ModelDefine specifications and identify tier 1 customersTake ownership for developing sales channelsDirect the sales teams and FAEsWork with commercial teams to structure dealsManage third party relationships and associated Marcomms materialEnsure the competitive position is well understoodTo be considered for this role you must have previous experience of software tools or micro controller related sales/or marketing. In addition knowledge of C/C++ software development tools, preferably for embedded applications would be preferential. This role will require regular travel and demands a willingness to take ownership for providing solutions. |
