Haveyou reached your full potential in your current managerial role and looking for a new challenge?Designate Sales Managers GBP 15-GBP 22k basic, GBP 2.5k Location Allowance, Up to 20% Bonus, BenefitsExperience wise we look for at least 3 years in a similar role in a blue chip retailer with a proven ability to deliveroutstanding results. You will also have a keen eye for detail, be results focused and a quick learner.Looking for every way to trade your store as hard as possible will be second nature to you, which you will demonstratethrough outstanding KPIs. Clear leadership and managing through your team are essential to success in this role and youwill have led groups upwards of 50 before. Multi-site experience would be advantageous but not essential. |
