: Our client is a household-name retailer of electrical goods. They have enjoyed a successful year and continue to impress in their product offer. This role will effectively manage the process of Product Launches, marketing, sell through and service requirements for a specified Product Range. Focussing on delivering a customer experience that is second to none. The role will entail the following: To manage the product features, ticket communication & Internet features databases, ensuring accuracy at all times. To evaluate the effectiveness of all promotional activity including forecast accuracy & ongoing promotional reviews. To effectively manage Range Architecture by ensuring local ranging needs are met, supersession & price quartiles are managed & profiling is accurate. To play an active coaching role with any Asst Marketing Manager in the Category, thereby supporting their Learning & Development. To work with merchandising to ensure that the store layout for the Product Range fits with the logical shopping behaviour of the customer. This role is an entry-level Product Manager and so will offer the person coming into the role the opportunity to advance very quickly in the role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Marketing role. |
