: A quality certified company specialising in the design, development and manufacture of medical devices, invite applications for the position of PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR based at their manufacturing site in Cumbernauld, Glasgow. Reporting to the Group Production Manager, responsibilities for this position include: Leading and motivating a team of approximately 30 production operatives, drive production schedules, evaluate process specifications, ensure products are manufactured to specifications and Quality standards stipulated by quality System Documents. Conduct / attend meetings to discuss performance and identify improvement areas. Monitor team performance, training needs and conduct performance appraisals. The successful candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar role, possess strong leadership / interpersonal / communication skills, have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft packages have experience of working within an ISO 9000 certi! fied organisation and possess an academic record of achievement in Management. |
