Description:

Production Manager:The company is seeking an experienced production manager with a good honours degree (or HND etc.) and extensiveexperience in production management, including procurement and stock control and MRP / ERP systems. A strong backgroundin electronics and telecommunication/satellite communications products, knowledge of ISO quality systems, and ROHS & WEEErequirements would be an advantage.Roles and responsibilities to include: Planning jobs as orders are received. Allocating production and test resources to ensure that delivery commitments are met. Ensuring that QA procedures are followed. Overall responsibility for procurement including ensuring BOM's are correctly defined, orders placed (if necessary),and expedited to ensure that goods are available as required by AIT. Stock control. Job Costing. Selection, implementation and running of an MRP/ERP system. Gaining accreditation under and running ISO9000 QA system.
