About the roleSupervision of shop floor staff, ensuring process, controls and procedures are adhered to. Maintaining and developingdocumentation systems and assisting in the development of all best practice procedures.Who we're looking forThe successful candidate will have man management experience. Well-developed communication and motivational skills. Goodorganisational skills and comfortable with administrative tasks. Flexibility and skills to work in a high-pressureenvironment are essential.
