The Role:Supplies customer support, education and system navigation to assigned Travel Query management and resolution for assigned hotels and Travel Agency clients, within agreed service levels and timelines.Meeting set targets.Reporting system issues to Team Leader.Ensures operational activities are completed within agreed service levels, timelines and to a high standard.Develop and maintain productive customer relationships, providing high levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction.Liaises with internal departments, particularly Customer Accounts, Credit Control and Service Delivery to ensure resolution of queries in a timely manner.Participates in the review and revision of team procedures, processes and policies.Provides departmental support as and when required.Weekly production process is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.Accomplishment of set targetsYour Experience:You will have at least 2 years experience providing customer support. You will have a European language e.g., French, Spanish or Italian.Be highly analytical, have excellent written and oral communication skills, you must be able to prioritise work, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, have an excellent telephone manner and be a team player |
