GBP 45,000 to GBP 55,000 per year (GBP 120,000 OTE + Benefits)

Description:

Key Responsibilities:1. Meet or exceed quarterly targets for services revenue and contribution.2. Build a good working relationship with the Services team3. Grow pipeline to ensure business goals are met on a quarterly basis4. Ensure we Exceed customer expectations on every engagement5. Proactively promotes the services business internally and externally6. Develops reference accounts that are willing to complete user stories7. Demonstrates effective time management and prioritisation8. Accurately reports business through PSOTExperience Required:1.A proven and quantifiable track record in solution sales.2.4 years + sales experience of prospecting, developing and winning NEW business.3.Knowledge of the IT market (software or complex solutions).4.Have received structured sales training - ideally from a recognised company.5.Graduate or can demonstrate intelligence.Personal attributes:1.Be highly motivated & passionate about the company and the value proposition.2.An exceptional relationship builder, able to communicate at all levels3.Expert in the field of IT and the application development life cycle4.Be a lateral thinker, with a positive mental attitude.5.Goal Setter and planner who follows through on their business plan6.Be a Team Player - interacting well with other members of the team7.Enjoys building new relationships and prospecting for new opportunities.8.Never give up attitude, going the extra mile to deliver above expectations
