Global electronics and engineering organisation serving defence and civil markets now urgently requires experienced Programme Managers to join its Aerospace division. Working from the Midlands based offices, the role joins an established programme team and will have responsibility for full-lifecycle large scale project work for defence and aerospace customers. The roles will involve some UK and European travel and will involve managing programmes from bid phase through to maintenance and support phases. You will have a proven track record in programme management gained within a structured (ISO, CMMI) and large scale engineering/aerospace or defence environment. You should have a proven track record in leading and winning GBP 10M+ bids and will be comfortable in managing customers at board level.
