As Programme Manager you will be directing and co-ordinating teams from your own company, Partner companies, majorConsulting organisations, your clients own staff, and contractors.You will control a portfolio of Oil & Gas Industry projects ranging from small fire fighting projects to multi-millionpound ERP (SAP) implementations. Although each project under your control will normally be managed by its own ProjectManager, you yourself will be capable of acting in the role of Project Manager for particularly strategic or sensitiveprojects. You will therefore not be a prima donna, but rather a pragmatic, can do person, who is equally happy workingwith team members as with Board Level Management and Partners.This is a Programme Management role with global significance, however unusually it requires limited travel.
