Its our 60,000 strong worldwide workforce that drives this success, and we strive to ensure that each and every one reaches their full potentialWe are currently looking for an experienced Programme Manager from within the defence industry to join our team to be responsible for delivery Gross Margin on allocated Programmes. You will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of all activities within the Programme to ensure it is delivered on time, to cost and to the required specification. You must have a proven track record of delivering large, complex development programmes (Systems, Software & Hardware engineering) to cost, schedule & quality. You will be responsible for reporting on a monthly basis to the Management team, reporting on finances, progress, successes, opportunities, threats & failures. Please note you MUST have a Defence or Aerospace background to be considered for this position.
