Our client is an exciting start up backed by a leading management,systems & technology consulting firm.Their business istackling a growing issue costing industry billions of pounds a year & affecting large numbers of people worldwide. Theiraim is to protect consumers against the fatal consequences of this global problem.With a number of concurrent business &technology projects (20+) utilising internal & external 3rd parties we are seeking a Programme Office Manager(POM).Theyare currently working towards establishing the systems & processes required to provide project management & supportservices to the Programme & as such this role will require an individual, flexible in their approach but nonethelesscapable of taking ownership of those processes & controls providing the executive team with "fit for purpose" management& control mechanisms.The POM will contribute to the definition & maintenance of the programme plan, tracking projectdelivery & cost/schedule variance whilst providing effective management reporting,gathering & analysing programmeinformation & providing timely reporting to the stakeholders.You will provide proactive management of cross programmeplans & dependencies,ensuring any conflicts are surfaced & rectified. You will be able to demonstrate achievement in PMOroles, preference being given to those that have had exposure to operating within a start up business. Understanding ofthe Pharmaceutical industry would be also beneficial."Matrix Programme and Project Management is acting as an employment agency with regard to permanent roles and as anemployment business with regard to contract/interim roles." |
