Vacancy:Project ManagerStatus:PermanentRef:3037Area:LondonThe position is at Project Manager Level based in the South East Region of companys Property Business Group (PBG). Moreparticularly it is to take a leading role in major projects with the Land Development team.The successful candidate will be required to: Work closely with the existing team and progressively assume responsibility for leadership, of multidisciplinaryprojects in London and the South East Identify areas for innovation, efficiency and improvements in all aspects of Land Development and make proposals forimplementation and implement as appropriate. Plan work schedules,manage resources and budgets. Delegate work and manage teams of specialists and sub-consultants as appropriate Mentor and encourage more junior staff both for their own development and to enhance the skill base Optimise returns from projects, identify additional work agree additional fees Liase closely with clients and other team members to maintain high levels of confidence in the services provided. Assist with Business Development activities as appropriate.Applicants will be Degree qualified and already be chartered, or eligible to become chartered. Must have experience ofmultidisciplinary/regeneration projects, and it would be desirable if individuals have special skills/interests tosupport this experience. It would be useful if the individuals have a current driving licence. We would like selfmotivated individuals, who are excellent communicators, good team players, able to work with a minimum of supervision andcan set the standards. |
