Responsibilities.Reporting to the Product Engineering Director, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the developmentproject, this will include: The engineering and design authority for thedevelopment programme Full detailing of programme tasks and timescales Managing the project development teamThe Selection CriteriaThe following skills and attributes will be required: A history of product development A minimum of first engineering degreequalification Strong analytical and problem solving skills Effective team leadership and managementskills A full understanding of thermodynamics, fluiddynamics and solid mechanics will beessential. Excellent communication skills are required There will be the need for limit amount offoreign travel.Standard hours 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm FridayContributory pensionprobation period of 6 months25 days holiday plus 6 bank holidays
