There is a vacancy for a Project Manager/Systems Engineer to support the technical management of projectsranging from the supply of standard off-the-shelf products to multi-year system developments. The role requires someonewith a strong technical background, preferably in the defence/aerospace sector, who can provide the customer interface aswell as technical oversight.RequirementsHND/Degree in a relevant engineering disciplineExperience in the defence and aerospace sectorExperience in image processing and/or electro optics systemsExperience with MoD contracts would be beneficialHave a track record in the management of multi-disciplinary development activitiesKnowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and toolsBe adaptable to the requirements of a small companyDutiesProvide the technical and commercial interface with customersDevelop project plans for long term projectsManage, facilitate and coordinate project development activitiesPreparation of high level specificationsProvide overall technical oversightPreparation of proposals
