Description:

You will have a diverse background in construction, perhaps a Quantity Surveyor having moved into Project management andbe conversant with the whole project lifestyle from concept to operational occupation. You will have proven experienceof:- Working as member of Client organisations and reporting direct to the client at board level.- Understanding client business models and the various approaches to financing large projects (public and private sectorstakeholders)- Capturing a client vision, translating into a robust Project Brief and pursuing the vision through the projectprocurement to occupation.- Evaluating design options.- highly serviced engineering and R & D environments, the operations therein and the people working in these sectors.- working at the heart of a multi-discipline design team.You will be working on a contract basis for 12 months with possible extension thereafter.
