: Leeds based (although occasional travel to Hampshire or other locations may be required) 5 to 10 years + PRINCE2 accredited Public sector or ICT project experience (ideal though not essential) Strong interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and manage a large project team (up to 15-20 people) Evidence of building a team, building business relationships and negotiation skills will be also be expected Technical skills or appreciation \ understanding of; Active Directory, Exchange 2003, Symantec Mail-Gear, Microsoft Identify Integration Server, Microsoft Learning Gateway (SharePoint \ Class Server) would be advantageous Demonstrable \ relevant project experience Good documentation skills Elan Computing - acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
