Vacancies have arisen within the Claims Department at Cardiff for Property Claims Handlers. The role involves the notification, handling and negotiation of household insurance claims. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for handling and negotiating of household claims. You must be compliant to statutory regulations and develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers. You will also be required to achieve targets. Communication skills, particularly telephone skills and an understanding of systems is essential. PC skills and a knowledge of the Property Claims Process would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
