Play your part in a financial services success story......Dynamic and rapidly expanding this young company is "breaking the mould" when it comes to providing consultancy andprofessional services, to the financial services sector. Their commitment to delivery and focus on customer services isalready turning heads and winning contracts with various high profile "household names" in the financial services sector.Due to this growth they now require a talented Proposals Manager to join and play a key role within the Management team.Reporting to the Head of Function you will coordinate the company`s response to new business opportunities, ensuring thatproposals are high quality, highly competitive and achieve the clients deadlines. This will involve you in liaisingclosely with managers in Business development and Finance to agree the proposals content and pricing strategy, beforedelegating the detailed document production to your project team. Over and above this you will ensure a consistentapproach to the production and ongoing development of all proposals, as well as ensuring they are in line with companybranding policy.Probably degree qualified in a business subject, you will have gained some five years commercial experience in thefinancial services sector or similar industry. It is essential that you have a track-record of producing complex, highvalue proposals/bids with an impressive success rate. Highly developed communication and presentation skills are a given,as are project management abilities. |
