You will be the main driver for all quality, hygiene and H&S in a small to medium size business supplying a vast range ofquality products to the foodservice sector with customer service like you've never seen. They already have the highestawards for most relevant accreditation so these will need to be maintained as well as keeping up to date with new UK andEuropean legislation.This is a broad ranging hands-on role which will require good plate spinning skills as well as attention to detailbecause if you don't do it, no-one else will. Best suited to a Food Technology graduate with at least 3 years of qualitymanagement and the focus, flexibility and dedication that such a role requires.
