Our client is a very successful research company working in the field of disease prevention and cure. They are a listed business considering a US listing on NASDAQ and require a very flexible Qualified accountant to join them for approximately 3-6 months. The roel will be very varied and challenging with CFO exposure on a daily basis.Day to day the role requires providing support to the FC notably on project tracking and project financial support. Other very key areas include preliminary work on achieving a NASDAQ listing, scoping of future possible Sarbanes Oxley demands and USGAAP.You do not need all of the listed experience however USGAAP understanding is key and other regulatory experience. You might be a qualified accountant with 1-3 years post qualified experience or perhaps have suffered redundancy from a senior role and wish to work for an organisation offering a challenge and the chance to give something back to a hugely important cause.Interviews can be conducted immediately and the role will be on an ongoing basis with immediate start.
