QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN, SCOTLAND - ROLE INCLUDES SHIFT PATTERNOur client is seeking a self motivated Quality Assurance Technician to provide on-shift support for all AQL activity in the Quality department, including Equipment Support, product disposition, EFA/PFA, problem solving and driving continuous improvement. Educated to HND level in Electronics, Manufacturing or similar, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience of troubleshooting advantageous. Pro-active/professional, good organisational skills and ability to apply sound decision-making techniques, adapting to rapid and constant change. Work as part of a team using strong interpersonal skills, though able to work on own initiative. ROLE: Equipment Support, Analysis; Electrical, Physical and Trend, Determine Product Disposition, Perform root cause/corrective action analysis, Objective and Detailed Communication, Problem Containment; raising MRBs, Module level testing to support AQL & PIA activities, Shipping of modules into our clients systems, admin duties surrounding Module AQL Technician activities, including all forms of Reporting; Daily Passdown, PIA, IPR, ShipDocs etc. Represent QA in on-shift meetings. |
