Over 30 years experience in the industry has meant that they have grown steadily, on a solidbasis of partnering and joint venture agreements with public and private sector clients.There is a vacancy for a Managing or Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Deeside working on retail projects.We need someone with excellent commercial experience gained over at least 8 years with a main contractor. The ability tooversea multiple multi-million pound projects is essential.The successful candidate will work directly on projects in the Merseyside area and oversee other works throughout the UK(minimal travel is required).Examples of projects include the mixed use development Stonebridge Cross in Liverpool valued at GBP 60m, a multi-storeydevelopment in the centre of Liverpool valued at GBP 40m and a GBP 330m retail development in Birmingham that is due to lastthe next 3 years.The Candidate Candidates must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The ability to successfully interact with bothclients and fellow team members is also an essential requirement. Successful candidates will currently be at least a Project Quantity Surveyor and have a minimum of 8 years relevantexperience. A construction background with a main contractor is essential.
