An estimator/quantity surveyor who has already been through their training and who has also had experience of working within a property maintenance environment is wanted for an Essex based contractor. The company have a turnover of around GBP 15 million with a healthy order book for next year.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post graduate experience gained working as a quantity surveyor with some exposure to estimating. A main contractor background would be ideal. It would also suit a candidate who is looking for their last role in the industry before retirement. Projects will be a mixture of refurbishments and maintenance mainly within a local authority environment. Any experience gained working on local authority projects would be a bonus. Location: Based in Essex, the role is commutable from parts of Kent and London including Ilford, Barking, Romford, Enfield, Harlow, Loughton, Basildon, Rainham and surrounding areas.Salary: To GBP 35,000 package |
