turnover in 2004 was GBP 122 million and is expected to be GBP 150 million in 2005.Contract values range from GBP 1K to GBP 60 million and my client operates in all market sections including Civil Engineering, Housing, Industrial, Waste, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Commercial including Offices (new build, refurbished and fit out), Motor Trade and Leisure.My client is a building and civil engineering company that carries out a wide range of work in the public and private sector on a national basis from offices throughout the UK.Previous Quantity surveying experience of mixed Commercial/Residential construction is desirable A qualification in Quantity Surveying would not be expected but desirable.Excellent opportunity for career progression and an excellent basic salary in excess of GBP 30,000 plus benefits. |
