As well as being client facing and having the ability to fit within the design team.The successful candidate will be from either a contractor or private practice background and have experiance of: Minimum 5 years experience as a quantity surveyor You will be educated to degree level, ideally be RICS qualified or in the final stages of accreditation. Experience covering retail projects would be beneficial. Experience of running a range of scheme sizes from 100k to 10M Experience of taking ownership and running multiple contracts and working within a close knit team.
