As the Quantity Surveyor youwill join existing teams and take control of various projects valued from GBP 2million up to GBP 40millionCurrently my client has projects that include Wembley arena, Residential, Retail, Hotels, Industrial work includingRefurb and Design and Build.This opportunity is for the right Project Quantity Surveyors to work on site on any of the projects mentioned aboveRequirements: Professional Memberships are advantageous BSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related subject (HND is a minimum) 8+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience Contractor and Construction background Design and Build, new build and refurb experience is essentialRef: RM1-5501Services advertised by Project Resource Ltd are those of an agency and/or an employment business. |
