The client is a contractor specialising in the residential projects, working on behalf of their own development company, social housing companies and private clients.From a Durahm base the client operates across the North East region, stretching from Newbiggen-by-the-sea to North Alerton. The client needs a quantity surveyor to work on various projects on site, with no site liable to be more than 30mins from their Durahm base, the ideal candidate will have some level of build experience, however the most important factor is to have around 4-5yrs experience of working on site and managing sub contract accounts.The is a fantastic role for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to become involved in commercially managing a high volume of property developments - a skill that is valued by many in the industry.To discuss your suitability for this role contact Andrew England on 01625 537 555 or email construction.yorkshire@leap29.com
