: Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Yorkshire MW3819 A Quantity Surveyor with either Social Housing experience or the desire to move into this field is required. Our client has been working in the housing market since the early 1930s and have grown considerably. Their turnover was GBP 46m in 2003, grew to GBP 66m in 2004 and it is anticipated that in 2005 they will turnover in excess of GBP 80m. In the last decade they have become a market leader in Social Housing regeneration. Skills At least three years experience as a Quantity Surveyor Able to work full time (no people currently on day release) Contractor background Construction or Social Housing background Experience working on partnering forms of contract will be an advantage but is not essential Benefits In return for your skills you will receive; A basic salary of up to GBP 30,000 per annum depending upon experience A company car / allowance Pension Health
