QUANTITY SURVEYOR Bristol Permanent Salary NegOur Client requires a QS to be based in Bristol, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Property sectorthrough the service of existing project work and supporting future commissions within the sector.You will be involved in the delivery of work to key clients within the Property sector including Retail and Commercialcommissions.You will be involved in a range of pre and post contract duties: providing financial management, contract administration,cost planning and commercial advice to a range of prominent clients.To succeed in this role you must be a good team player with a sound grasp of core QS skills. Excellent communicationskills and a proactive approach to your work are essential.Required Skills- QS graduate with 3-5 years plus post qualification experience in a Consultancy environment- Ideally Chartered or working towards APC- Financial and commercial awareness- Good team playerRef: 0511-59
