Our Cambridgeshire based client is at the cutting edge of technology in their chosen field. Using speech recognitionresearch from the world renowned Cambridge University they deliver audio processing applications that allow live orrecorded speech to be manipulated, edited, searched and hyperlinked as easily as text.They are looking for highly motivated research and development engineers capable of working independently or as part of asmall team to develop algorithms and models for large vocabulary speech recognition. The successful candidates will beeducated to degree level with good C and Linux shell scripting skills plus experience in digital signal processing orstatistical modelling. Experience with acoustic and language model development is desirable as is knowledge of HTK,Python and Perl.
